True definition of hardwork, people should look up at him if they like this concept.

Ace has coc as well cuz of dad.

By that criteria Smoker is more impressive.
Going from a character below a Pacifista to a TobiRoppo lvl character in 2 years requires a much higher growth rate.
Coby is at most stronger than Tashigi, weaker than Smoker first appearance :kayneshrug:

And no, before you bring me the argument of "Smoker was 36 years, or so, and still was a Captain" it's invalid since the story started with him with at that age, so everything else before that is irrelevant .
