That’s just my takeaway. Red herrings are fair game/part of the mystery genre. So I’d expect a few.

Last time, Flower’s wincon was simply to kill X number of people who claimed. She didn’t care if they were Town, Scum, Indie, or Helicopters.

i'm still reading, but there're some things i don't think are put there for no reason (unless Ratchet would put them in as false leads:

- Battler left family when his mother died / when his father married Kyrie,
- Kumosawa is known for not taking her duty seriously,
- we don't know Shannon's or Kanon's surname, maybe they aren't even humans looking at what happened to Kanon, they're treated on the same level as head of staff despite their young age,
- Maria had letter from "witch"
- doctor has been Kinzo's friend for decades, yet he wants to give all he has to family that doesn't give crap about him instead

the first one is just probs to get us to think battler was behind t1

doubt that shannon and kanon not having last names is a big deal
I checked the umineko wiki and they dont have last names there either

at first we were told that it was both of theirs room but then gohda called it natsuhi's room and the red text in the finale also called it only her room

If I fail at my cases, I will become an annoyance to scum by default. But I’m planning on doing these mysteries & taking my win without having to wage war. I did not say I'm no potential threat to scum, I said I don't want beef with them and would prefer not to have to have it.

You are acting like you’ve never heard of an indie having multiple methods of winning before. And no, Ratchet chastised Blue (the host) for letting me do it lol. So no, he's not gonna let me wish to go rogue even if I got a wish like last time (which I promised not to do again anyway because last time felt like it caused hurt feelings and I don't enjoy that feeling).


I could be wrong and haven’t asked, but I’m suspicious that I got picked for this one so Ratchet could have a toy to solve his cases lol.


I really was all in on helping town until the wish opportunity came up and the temptation/greed got me lol. I have abilities for helping town.


Well, they can only do the second pair of murders if Ghodi is a culprit and lied about the door being locked.. and Shanon erroneously unlocked an unlocked door.

Also, a key might have still been needed to get into the guesthouse to kill the doctor. Which works if Ghodi is a culprit.

I'm not talking about T2, that's the one nobody could have done but those who were in the room.

As far as the guest house goes I actually don't think a key was needed as long as an accomplice was in the guesthouse to let them in

It does matter bc you can’t use Purple to lie about something that is verifiable, and if something in Purple is verifiable and not contested by the others, we can assume it’s true.

So since no one said “actually no, you destroyed the key without us”, we can assume the others were involved/witnessed it. So her saying “we” should really mean “we”.
