Zoro didn't say invincible but almost invincible , and that's a key word because it changes a lot of things and makes King not totally invincible and there is something that can / could hurt him even in FLAME ON mode and Zoro figured it out or he wouldn't have said almost instead he could have just said or straight up he could claim invulnerability for flame On King .

But when did that happen ?

yeah it's here , Flame On King started blocking while looking mad at Zoro's statement without denying what he said in FLAME ON MODE .

That's a weak technicality. King's a hybrid fighter. Non-swordsman block without weapons all the time. The point still stands. We'll get more clarity in the upcoming chapters once the AdCoC is pulled out. But it's heavily implied that King feared Zoro's AP.

King using his physical body to block attacks isn't the issue it's his flame

Zoro after koh wasn't calling king out for using his leg to block attacks he was calling him out for using his flame

Lunarians being near invincible with flames on ain't a slight edge anyone. That's just how they operate hence they have to restrict their durability to amp their speed in fights which is Oda's way of balancing things. If the flame off is gonna be capitalised on by the likes of current Luffy and Zoro then pretty much no one will be shown decimating full Lunarian flame-on durability for a while, if ever.

Kaido/Luffy/other Emperors still beat King at the end of the day in my opinion. Nothing's changed in that regard, his durability at it's peak is just formidable against anyone.

So Shaka knows about the prison. That could mean the satellites may have captured the CP agents without stella knowing.Shaka especially sees protecting stella as a top priority so he may have done it for that reason.

But King's Flame-off mode isn't pushover anymore. His defense are still up there with the best even without flamemode. Remember, Zoro still needs to unlock COC to be able to defeat a flame-off King.
So, while COC is not an absolute must to defeat King, an extreme attack force is still needed to be able to actually put him down.

Marco could not figure out a way to damage King even though King fought him for more than 30 minutes and used flame off during that period.

King also went with Kaido to face Red Hair pirates and came back without defeat. Clearly Kaido fought Shanks and King fought Ben Beckman

Marco an NW veteran could not figure out King’s power during their prolonged fight but Zoro could.

Luffy, Lucci and Kaku could not discover his weakness by themselves,Zoro has to tell them.

Saying “One just has to discover King’s gimmick to beat him” is asinine when those veteran fighters could not.

Zoro might be school dumb but he is street smart.
