Mental health workers considered homosexuality as a paraphilia in the past.They changed that not,but because of any scientific discovery,but because of politics.The lgbtq agenda is older than you think.Many homosexuals suffer because they are gay and wish they were not.Some user above posted some link that pointed out these people are lesss happier and are more prone to mental disorders.They way i see it,politics is getting in the way of science.Sexuality is very maleable,some people turn gay later in life and other turn heterosexual.There must be a reason for this.If some is gay and wish to undergo theraphy to try and become heterosexual,they should be allowed so.
