Every Vinsmoke had their powers planned since birth ,and for Sanji it was Stealth powers :

• Top speed
• Invisibility

Not fire powers or being super durable

His fire manipulation is due to Sora's drug altering his dna and thus instead of just having Stealth powers, he now can emit and control fire due to his emotions.

That's why no Vinsmoke or doctor from Germa has ever said Sanji's powers is something Judge planned.

We still don't know if all of them are. That might be the red herring. We've only seen King and the seraph who are only King's blood. Literally one and only one sample. Not much to judge an entire race on.

create something. Zoro wants to be strong that it manifest a demon god. And what Sanji said against queen should be treated as literal. Sanji human passion indeed the one that create the fire. His humanity is the one that did it. A fire to cook is very human if you think about it. Fire is

i think sanji is based on the japanese fire gods. kagutsuchi's mother died giving birth to him and kojin is a god of both fire and cooking
