If Kidd does fight Beckmann then the earlier cannot lose for narrative reasons, would do irreparable damage to the character.
However, I've also seen the argument that Oda's already hyped Beckman a bit so doesn't make sense for him to lose when we are finally getting to see him scrap, so imo the only way Oda can escape this scenario where he has to save both of them face Is to have Killer face Beckman instead of Kidd.
Should already be implied from the above but imo there's is no way that Killer beats Beckman. Fact that Beckman is being used as a benchmark for Kidd should tell you all you need to know about Killer's chances. Narratively it doesn't even make any sense for Killer to win as the Kidd Pirates are not a serious threat for the PK title. That said, if Killer does end up fighting Beckmann I expect him to lose respectably same with Kidd v Shanks.
