I've started to realize there's so many food related plots about starvation, waste, and such even outside of Sanji's plotlines.

Like, Oda, do you have some bad memories or family stories you'd like to share with the rest of the class?

My theories based on One Piece's plot:
-Oda had a controlling mother
-and an alcoholic father
-he's a masochistic workaholic like Zoro
-he knows about deep state mysteries and wants us to take down the real world government yet he knows that it's nit time yet and he's too early
-Oda has furniture made of tropical woods
-he knows people who are p*dos and rap*sts

How'd you see it?

I saw it at an anime convention. 2nd day of AWA they showed it at freakin' 6am in the morning and since I'd never seen it, and had pulled an all nighter for the con, with no panels that early, I watched it.

...Con staff were handing out boxes of tissue asking everyone why they decided to cry at 6am in the morning to start their day.

No film ever made me feel that way.
My soul felt shattered.
This film is pure torture but in a good way as it's so well made.
