In Onigashima, Nami and Big Mom both went off on Ulti for attacking a child, with Big Mom saying that even among Pirates there's a code on conduct.
Nami hates hurting children, Sanji hates hurting women.
If Sanji ends up in danger here, or gets seriously hit, is it possible we'll see Nami unlock her CoC, and damage S-Shark with it?

It's clear they already have some despite it claimed they don't.
I think the drug affected each one differently. Niji and Yonji were worried about Reiju despite not worrying on their own death. While Ichiji said she was on her own.
Yonji was shown to be strongly curious at the world around him in panels.
Niji gets offended too easily by Sanji.
If they were truly emotionless, these things wouldn't show. Ichiji seems the most cold and blank, but even he showed possibility of changing being the first to help Sanji and Luffy.
