Years ago yes. I'm aware he's a great character, but so far in this thread I've only seen some plot points repeated and no specific reasons why people should vote him over Zuko.

Can you dudes explain me why Zuko have a better Development than Tony Soprano Or did they just vote for popularity and favoritism?

For two reasons; his development is top notch and I loved how he evolved as a character. And because whoever wrote it took their time to submit it instead of looking for an article on Google and pasting it.

rewording an article is even worse - imagine plagiarizing a synopsis.

I haven't watched Sopranos, and tbh that article didn't really do anything to me. Note that I did change my vote in previous bracket to a character I didn't know once I got whole Meruem's story and thanks to a write-up about his rival.
