Yes because the panel ends with zoro with one sword smiling and making s hawk sweat again. Which means their AP isn't great. Kaku and Lucci will have a hard fight with these two but atleast it would make sense if they defeat these seraphim then tire themselves out. Gives them a good fight while staying the hell out of Luffy's and zoros way

Luffy and Zoro absolutely can. They won't though.

As Zoro stated a couple of chapters ago they can't waste stamina this early. He is cautious of using King of Hell, it's probably on a time limit similar to Gear 4 in Dressrosa/WCI. Same most likely goes for Gear 5 until fully mastered.
