It's really a terrible move. Mashima turned on some Fairy Tail level of bs.

Like this manga was so fucking good. If you know me for some time I'm a big nakama power hater and just overall the bs of "pulling thru with friends.

Yet Edens Zero was written so well there were little to no things you can point out and get mad about.

This universe jump should never occur.

I can't stand the fact that Shiki just comes up to everybody, they see the past they had with him and love him instantly and party together.

EZ is a 8/10 for me
Depending on the final arc it can rise to a 9/10 or drop to a 7/10

Or the theory above with the destiny is maybe really Hiros goal? Who knows.

But like I said once, there must be a reason why Hiro let them travel back in time. Because they could travel to U0 without the whole travel back in time thing.

The best thing Mashima can do right now is to set Rachel as a villain like we all mutually agree and make her chase Mother.

It would be sick to find out that in that one Universe without a Mother it was Rachel's doing.

But thats something that lacked in the manga overall. Even if EZ has a better story than FT and not so many "nakama power" things. FT has still better world building, side characters and enemies. Hiro gave his characters more screentime, depths and better fights. The enemies in FT and also in Rave had more impact. Thats something I miss in EZ.

Rachel could be a good villain. But that will not change the fact about the other enemies so far, who were at best "okay". Not more, well besides some guys like Drakken and Ziggy of course.

And I really hope that after this arc, we will get more screentime of the other crew members like Jinn, Kleene and Sister.

Shiki has now six forms or so and the others only have one, some of them not even the first one like Laguna.

That are my hopes for the future arcs of this final saga.

Like I said good story, good plot twist, but the manga lacks on side characters and enemies. Most of them are okay-boring.

I also still believe that both of them doesn't exist in U0. Acnoella because Elsie and James probably live a peace life on Lendard so Acnoella probably never turned to Acnoella.

Crow probably doesn't exist too, because Cure was Crow from the beginning and the things in U0 have changed. If Weisz mother is alive, Ziggy never met Elsie etc, then probably Holys sister is also alive and if she is alive, than Crow never attacked her planet, maybe because he doesn't exist in U0.

And if both of them exist in U0, than it would be sick if Shiki becomes the leader of the original OSG members.
