Yeah...townies don't fail superkills, typically. He's either an indie and she claimed it knowing she wouldn't get counterclaimed, or she pulled off a gambit to clear both and they're team mates. The fact that she was the only other person tracked to him means she could kill and protect him. I wouldn't put it past her.
