Character Discussion Mihawk is based upon Cyrano of oda monster one shot.

Don't know about Cyrano but how about this
- Mihawk doesn't fight shanks anymore since he's handicapped (remember zoro didn't fight the half naked men on wano bc they were unarmed)
- Mihawk didn't further fight Vista because he didn't want to fuck up the WB pirates in general. Remember doffy didn't even use awakening or CoC. The shichibukai were just on MF to keep their titles, not because they wanted the WG to take down a yonko crew. Maintaining the power balance also aligns with their interest of keeping the titles. I'll so so far of saying Mihawk WANTED the WBP to win and rescue ace.
- Mihawk just threw some casual slash towards wb so the WG see he cares a bit. But having fought at least one yonko level character, he ABSOLUTELY KNOWS that you can't take one down with some casual slash from 5km away. Not even hakai would've taken down wb from that far
- S-hawk went away from zoro and kaku because zoro displayed his superiority twice on panel. So S-Hawk can't beat the two and having discovered their secret, their victory over S-hawk was just a matter of time. So he goes to kill others. That's actually quite smart. In contrast, you have S-Bear who is obviously weaker than luffy too but he continues to stall a literal yonko, knowing that the moment he drops his flame he's dead. A new gen pacifista should be better in judging his opponents, his chances of winning and the effect his battle has on the mission over all.
But I think, it's not only Toon Piece but also Agenda Piece with you.
