If Kid is shown already bleeding before taking Kamusari in the raw panels, then anyone with a speck of common sense will understand that the one hit landed on-panel cannot be the only attack Kid received.
Plus, I hate the idea that Kid got one shot after everything he went through in Wano, it just reeks of Oda taking a fat dump on his own powerscaling. Like how are you going to hype up Kaido/BM for 100s of chapters for their strength, and then have Shanks demonstrate that he's far above them despite a lack of in-story strength hype compared to them, just to make him look cool? Zero integrity in that shit, would much prefer if Kid took a few attacks before falling to Kamusari.
