Speechless. If there is no sign of a longer battle and Kidd really got screwed the pooch like this then no words left for me to defend him. The dude’s whole purpose in story was to be a hype tool for Yonkos with not a single ounce of “Rival” respect ever.

I’m holding out till scans, but if he really did get one-shot while Shanks took no damage then there’s no fighting against the Golden Shanks wank. Also am even more convinced that Law carried against BM 90%, made more clear after all of his attacks were the most impactful on panel along with island buster attack. And the fact that only him and his crew were respected enough by Oda to show giving BB the actual work.
