Green Smoke = Full CoA Release (He is basically Exhausting his entire CoA)
Black Thunder = CoC

It's because of CoA that King of Hell was Temporary
Zoro basically had Two PUs at once ---> Adv. CoC + Temporary Full CoA Release (Three Dragons Style)

Think of it it this way:

Luffy have Base + Gear 2 + Gear 3 while Zoro have One + Two + Three-Sword Styles
Both have Strong Haki Mastery & both learned Adv. CoC
Luffy have Gear 4 while Zoro have Three Dragons Style (That Green Smoke Form)
Luffy have Gear 5 while Zoro have Asura

It's just that they received their PUs/Forms in different Order so that Oda can Hype each one at a time & not ruin One Reveal at cost of Another

Adcoc isn't black lightning. Luffy had that since dressrossa. Adcoc is the advance version of coc. Nearing coc isn't just present but is being used as a force that hits without the individuals touching. If zoro had adcoc his blades would not touch his opponents
