I think kidd is a little bit weaker as boa hancock. Boa hancock is stronger as king, so sanji>boa>=kidd>king

Sanji is not the same as he was on wano against queen. He now can control his emotions and even can control his germa power up

Kid should have a similar bounty to him (and Jack).

Decent haki? His haki skills are far superior than his equivalent except maybe Benn Beckman.

Luffy's was correct with 3B, Zoro should've been 1,6B, Sanji should've been 1,3B, Killer in the range between 1B and 1.3B, Jinbe should've been slightly below 1B.

As you become stronger, it gets harder to raise your bounty. So the difference in strength between a 3 bil and a 4 bil is larger than you’d think.

There are no signs of using basic haki. If you have it, you are using it. Otherwise you are left with the conclusion that over half of the confirmed haki users in wano weren't using haki for some reason.
