Speculations Will Lucky Roo’s bounty be > King’s?

Bounty - Yes, above. Probably 1.6-1.7. Inflation.
Strength - Should be no just like Jozu, Smoothie and Queen are below Marco, Kata and King but at this point, who knows? Instead of having every YC2 being at the same level but presenting different problems Oda might just make every new character stronger than the previous, shonen logic.

But why would Roo have a higher bounty than King if he’s not also stronger than King? Bounty is based on overall threat level, with strength being just one of the factors. However, Lucky Roo has nothing going for him besides his strength (he’s not a mass murderer, he can’t read Poneglyphs, he’s not a captain, etc), so if his bounty is higher it has to be because his superior strength makes him the greater threat
