1st. This is actually wrong. Koby was sent by Akainu to go rescue the princess from the lilucia family after the report was made that the marine escort guiding them was bypassed/destroyed. The people who kidnapped the princess also were headed to attack King Riku & Elizabelo's ship. But Koby was hot on their trails. Koby makes it in time to stop the missile while Helmeppo and co rescue the princess. And all of this happens when they were already near the Marine HQ, hence when Koby jumps on the ship after stopping the missile he says they must be tired from the Long journey. So yea... King Riku & Elizabelo came without any escort, while lilucia family had their original escort destroyed.
2nd. You specifically put "New World", because you knew Hina already had a ship with her name. Koby by default is able to come to the new world with his named ship, because the Marine HQ is in the New World. Hina would be doing the same pre-TS if the Marine HQ was in the New World lol.
3rd. There is no "outrank" in people command chip, that's purely headcanon. The ranking is purely Gorosei-> VP-> Sento-> Anyone who holds a command chip being in the same tier. Koby as the 2nd commanding officer under Yamakiji also had a command chip. That's it.
4th. That's because we have 0 idea about majority of the other marines and what their levels of mastery is lol.
5th. Fodder marines can use Haki to the point of hardening, nothing special.
6th. Right he complimented and then was casually kidnapped.
Literall you put up 3 priviledges and they were wrong. Then you stated some "feats/accomplishments" and saying other VAs don't have shit on those.. while knowing that Oda has given us hardly any information on the other VAs lmao.
We have 2 VA who were considered for Admiral, yet we have 0 idea what they have done in their marine career...

2. Cute except coby was in his own ship uninhabited by any superiors again within the new world. Which evidently means within the new world they trusted a captain with the might to protect himself. In the new world that is also unheared of and never shown again with anyone else with the same rank in the new world
3. Which proves both coby and yamakaji have control chips for the seraphim. Which directly means the marines value him as much if not greater. Using common sense why would the marines give a seraphim authority chip to someone weaker than the vice admiral they also gave an authority chip too? That would increase the chances of the authority chip falling in the wrong hands
4. Exactly. However the story more so over has stated that only cipher pol has truly mastered all while marines (a few) know some moves hence why we have yet to see any marine not associated with cipher pol use the entire set. This however does not apply to coby.

To be honest I truly forgot about the vice admirals that were up for possible promotion to admirals. However the question still remains are they world famously renowned? That's what cross guild is going off of
