Brook. Brook "fought" big mom, had a cool moment, stole poneglyphs which are very important to the story. He was the one who smashed the Caramel pic.

Franky admittedly also got a meme showdown against big meme. But that's not as significant or cool. And he fought an irrelevant fodder in sasaki.

Franky should be getting much more attention in egg head. But he's not...

Franky for sure. Brook in WCI was cool but it was only one moment in the whole timeskip.

Franky at least had more fights and more presence, but even so, both Franky and Brook were disrespected in the timeskip

Brook in WCI was amazing and I wish he kept the spirit

But as a whole Franky was way more consistent and has more quality content and relevance inside the arcs

Like Usopp, Wano wasn’t nice to Brook at all. The guy had like 0 moments or plot lines
