Questions & Mysteries If Mihawk stopped fighting Shanks after he lost an arm, why would he fight a swordsman blind from one eye????

If u are invited to a fight and the “weaker” is ready to fight and u refuse then you are simply ducking it. Does mihawk refuses to fight zoro if zoro goes to mihawk and tells him lets fight. Will he say he isnt intersted in fighting him since he is obviously wekaer or he will just destory him?

lol shanks is stronger than old days he isnt Shadow of his past self wtf are u talking about? He needed his crew tl defeat WsW but now he one shots kidd
There is no logical reason on why mihawk is ducking the fight.
There s a reason
He wants to fight someone stronger than shanks someone that can actually defeat him

Provide manga evidence backing this up.

I gave you Mihawk calling Shanks a has been to his face, and Shanks didn't correct him. Shanks isn't as powerful as he used to be this is a manga fact. WB commented on it as well.

Shanks missing an arm was big news in the NW stated by WB.

How mihawk is so bored that chases Don krieg to east blue and destorys Zoro but he isnt bored enough to have interesting fight with shanks:milaugh:
Krieg pirates disturbed his nap , mihawk was simply annoyed for that reason , it’s not like he randomly chose Krieg and went after him all the way to east blue .

Mihawk is so desperate for a good match, he’s tutoring Zoro for that position. How does it make sense to you that he’s resorting to training his competition if Shanks is a viable opponent?

Pre-crippling, Whitebeard made it sound like there was no clear Victor between Shanks and Mihawk so clearly Mihawk isn’t intimidated by someone he isn’t 100% he can beat.
lol I swear , it’s the same as saying kaido was intimidated by shanks’ strength and that’s why he ran back to wano when kaido’s main goal is to die in a fight .

The way that oda portrayed both of them regarding whitebeard already tells who's stronger.

Mihawk was talking about the abyss between him and whitebeard while shanks just raided his ship, flexed his CoC, split the skies and went about his day like nothing happened.

Truth be told: oda retconned kaido's suicidal Tendencies.

At First he wanted to die in combat, but midway through luffy fight he no longer wanted to die, but rather meet and lose to joyboy.

Abyss means vast, deep, etc. There's no implied vast gap between Mihawk and the strongest/most powerful character alive at the time, search for native japanese speakers translations, you'll find plenty on the subject.
And Mihawk did the same thing to Shanks on his island and called him a has-been and then this happens. Makes you wonder if the author of the manga is japanese. :quest:
