Thanks. I also tried looking up falling arrows. Apparently in Japan, falling arrows for a brides kimono (I guess in this case, grooms outfit?) represents giving the bethrothed away, as the arrow doesn't come back to symbolize the married one not returning to their family. Which, given that chapter is from WCI, goes with the plot. Which shows some colored covers do have depth to them.
