We seriously need to know how strong is Buggy.

He also grew stronger since he fought Luffy. Last time he had the buggy bomb in his legs, each of them could casually destroy many buildings and even an awakened Zoan. Took Gear 3, Karate move and a sables from Croco, Luffy and Jimbei.

If Buggy can use more of those bombs or even stronger ones, he should easily be Veteran Level fighter.

Just use the flat side of his blade and hit Buggy like a club.

Realistically, I think Chopper in his giant form is Buggy's ceiling. A Navy Vice Admiral at the absolute highest assuming he's hiding a big and tricky special attack or two. Other than that there is nothing to suggest that he can beat anyone of note.

And OP, Nico Robin would curb stomp Buggy. He wouldn't even be able to get past Black Maria.

If Robin tries to break Buggy, he will just split. I think it useless to that to him. You would need blunt attacks on him.
