I take Zolo as the number 2 in SHP but he isn't that far from No. 3 And 4. Itsa like Zolo 9.5, while Jimbei\sanji are like 9.4.

Umm this take is decent too. The only problem I have is with people yelling Zolo> Luffy which is the most absurd of the claims. If anyone who claims Zolo > Luffy but cries his ass off when someone says Sanji \ Jimbei > Zolo needs to go to therapy.
