The moment Ray showcased coc back in 2009 it was 99% confirmed that every top tier fighter like the Admirals/Emperors/Mihawk/Dragon would have it too.

Its just that some people like you cant read between the lines.

Fucking Chinjao and Latakuri who are literally fodder material to top figthers have it but there were some delusionals yourself included that were "debating" about Kizaru having it or not.
