Kuzan getting Dominated itself is really bad for your Akainu agenda.

Unless Kuzan is holding something back, it means that he simply will beat Garp because Garp is old, not because he can dominate him.

Garp has always been portrayed as above admirals, but this is just oda showing off what garp can do before he kills him.
