well,Colombia/Peru/Venezuela's government certainly have a history of facilitating drug trafficking. Not wrong, the big problem in Latin America is the lack of industrializatio.Countries like Israel and Japan have poor lands and yet are developed nations.Latin America is poor because the governments suffocates the economy and do very poorly at providing good quality education services.Funnily enough, the most develope nations here are the ones with the most liberal economies:Chile,Paraguay,Uruguay,Panama and so on.Those chemsit that came here were living off from government finacial benefits so they could gradute, they certainly were low middle class. All of them told me to forget about studying for now and focus on working and buying a house, car and so on.They didn't even own a tiny apartment back in Colombia despite being 40 years old.You are the one that is talking out of your ass here.Associating my views with being rich too.
I mean, that should be obvious.
