You are retarded if you think he didn't care he even asked Koby if she turns them back, he just didn't trust Boa, when Ray came they were going to fight anyway trust or not since Ray would stop him if he tried kill Hancock, so he accepted the offer and they gave his crew back.

That chapter is titled after Killer calling him the strongest pirate.
It's literally the same as the chapter referring to Aokiji as "strongest combat force" because Robin said he was one of the strongest combat force of the WG
There's many cases where a sentence said in a chapter ends up in the title without being contextualized

This alone must mean Fleet Admirals/strongest marines are at best ~ Weakest Yonko
While FA candidates or other Admirals are weaker

Make senses : in every Era, Strongest marines are always below top 2 Great pirates, debatable with the 3rd/4th Great pirates

FA Kong was below Xebec and Roger
Prime Garp and Prime Sengoku were at best ~ Shiki /BM but weaker than Primebeard and Roger
FA Sengoku (in 70s) was around Newly Yonko Shanks but below Rocks pirates
FA Akainu is around Teach or Shanks/Luffy a best but below Kaido and BM
