Chapter Discussion One Piece Chapter 1081, "Kuzan, Captain of the 10th ship of the Blackbeard Pirates"

Oda did a fantastic job of portraying all three main guys in this chapter well. Garp commenting on how he canβt believe he has become this weak and then him casually coming out of named attack from Kuzan and striking back with a powerful one.
Kuzan was cool as well. Him drinking with BB pirates and finally joining them up was nice. He has some motives obviously. Kuzan being confident against the whole BB crew as nice touch by Oda.
Finally BB looked good as well. He showed his charisma and we got to know a bit more about his ideals. The way all three main casts were handled was brilliant I think.
Strawhats got a former warlord to join their crew but BB pirates went one step ahead and recruited a former navy admiral. Fantastic Chapter again! Oda is on fire this arc

That Magellan poison situation was also the thing that riddled my mind for the longest time....
Ace flame has fully engulfed Blackbeard and burn his ass
But his Yami power removes/absorb/undone all that shit later on..........and you see what BB talk about his abilities
He probably couldn't heal himself if damage is already done, but he probably could remove the abilities according to Yami power like he removed Ace flame from his body.
Until there is further explanation.
I see this as unexplainable, inconsistency power by Oda...........BB could undone Boas stone too if we're been honest about he's Yami power.
