Nah Lafitte’s definitely looking like Nami’s fight. He was shown acting as Teach’s advisor this chapter and Nami had that same dynamic with Luffy. Lafitte is shown to be one of the only Titanic Captains who genuinely respects Teach, and Nami’s loyalty to Luffy has been emphasized a lot recently. Lafitte’s a former sheriff and Teach’s navigator while Nami is a former thief and Luffy’s navigator. Thematically Nami vs Lafitte is pretty much set in stone

Pizarro is a king from the North Blue which could hint at a connection to Judge. Although admittedly we don’t know much about him right now

So in short, Pizarro is basically a better version of Pica that doesn't limited by anything. Probably a good CQC/Haki fighter. Might merged with the Red Line so Sanji could improve his AP to destroys him.

So if Sanji does fight Pizarro, Sanji's CoO and AP will be top tier.
