We see how a speedster outpaces Pizarro and slams him like a bitch this chapter. So, while his durability is top notch, I don't see how Pizarro can individually be a threat to someone as fast as Sanji, unless he changes target to other weaker SHs, which distracts Sanji, but that's boring, that's literally Pica ver 2.
Sanji will have amazing DC feats to his name if he fights Pizarro tho that's for sure, although he already proved it when he fought that fat fish in FMI
