It wouldn’t be a generic fight as Aokiji wouldn’t want to kill her after his post-EL talk with her. I see Robin convincing Kuzan to believe in Luffy at the end.
Powerscaling aside, Aokiji as character is fundamentally too different in how he is handled from the other BB captains for « his fight » (assuming he stays with BB) to just be another straw hat vs henchman fight.

Honestly, all of Sanjis fights start with him rescuing someone.

As such, sure if Kuzan is actually going to try to kill or capture Robin again, then there’d be some set up for this fight. However, with Pudding being in the BB Jail, saving her will be the more likely start of the fight. And I can’t see kuzan torturing and about to kill Pudding
