I feel like Mihawk and Croc should both go to Wano. Mihawk to show samurai what a true swordsman to do and Croc to gain the pluton.

He would get the duel he is looking for against the Straw Hats, and he knows for a concrete fact that Luffy will not allow anyone to interfere.

Why's there any need to rush though? Fighting for PK title doesn't just involve him fighting Zoro. It's crew vs crew battle. Luffy won't just handover the RP copies as soon as Mihawk beats Zoro. Zoro's likely not even ready for Mihawk to begin with. Mihawk knows Zoro will come to him on his own when he thinks he's ready to fight him. That's the promise they made back at Baratie.
