Well the first situation is not only unrealistic it’s also unique asl like how do you think most men would react to being in a woman’s body suddenly.
2nd with perona, Sabaody Sanji hadn’t seen women in 2 years. It’s an over exaggeration yes because it’s a cartoon/anime but again Most Straight Men would be horny asf after 2 years of not seeing a woman.

Those situations are also unique to Sabaody and Unqiue to Punk Hazzard we never see Sanji running up and smelling a women like that again, nor is he ever in a women’s body again.
