There's a difference between representing something naturally and shoving it down your viewers throats to pander to the fiction writing police because you weren't inclusive enough.
Just like there's a difference between social justice and SJWs, Oda includes normal social justice.
SJWs are the radicals you want to punch through your computer screen, the armchair activists who think every conversation in IRL starts with (it doesn't) "Now when we introduce ourselves, let's not forget our pronouns." And "This fiction is problematic for misrepresenting women, you can't read this anymore."
