Mihawk can't even be crowned blade emepror to showcase he's Yonko /FA level alongside Buggy.

Yeah, Mihawk being the WSS when a literal emperor is a swordsman doesn't narratively make him emperor class but Sabo being the emperor of random flames makes him a solid top-tier even without him proving his abilities. Makes total sense.
