Kizaru probably was gonna take damage but turned into light, so that he didn’t need to take damage , so that’s why Kizaru explodes onto the battlefield

Literally Kizaru would rather explode and destroy parts of Marineford than take damage, it’s possible he might have taken out fodder as casualties rather than take damage from Marco‘s kick

That’s how pathetic admirals are, sorry but that’s how it is

@Sasaki Kojirō
It means it's crazy when you stop to think that Kizaru can't even hold back an attack from a Yc1 without being thrown, and his solution to this is to transform into light and explode, damaging the island that Akainu fought to protect and failed miserably. All of this because he could end up in really bad shape if he receives an attack that even Kinemon is resisting...

The tricky thing is that people attribute the weakness and cowardice of the admirals hiding behind a DF as "difficulty in defeating them", when the admirals are put in a situation where they need to use their physical abilities and Haki, they can't even surpass Morley. LOL.

One of the weaker members of the Nine Red Scabbards (Izo), while injured, was able to kill a CP-0 agent while fighting 2-on-1, and clear an entire floor of Beast Pirates, all while wounded. Kaido defeated this person while at 100% of his strength, and the same goes for the other Red Scabbards.

How insane is Kaido? @Kawatsuki
He did all of this in pure close-quarters combat (CQC) and in his basic form.
