Bullshit powerscaling is really blinding some of ya.
It's the same fucking trinity of characters all over.
Joy Boy started it, Roger tried to finished it but was unlucky, Luffy arrives at the right time.
Ryuma was the once uber guardian god of Wano, Oden tried to match him but was unlucky, Zoro/Momo arrives at the right time.
They are really the same archetype transplated in different situations. In one, the historical time alone makes them a legend. In one circumstances work wholly against them. Finally, the cycle is complete as the circumstances are triumphed upon, and the legendary status is restored under a different name, if with the same impetus.
