OK I get shiryu is weaker than Magellan.

But it's pretty clear Ivankov isn't yc level. Magellan didn't even need to use his strongest move on Ivankov.

Ivankov was a level 5 prisoner.

There's simply no reason to believe he's as powerful as level 6 shiryu.

The portrayal is pretty clear from where they were sent

Trolling aside i believe Morley's power is a nightmare for Cracker. Karasu might be YC1 and above Ivankov. Iva is a king iirc so that's the special standing.
