If all this build-up will only be for them to "die happily" as a family then that's horseshit.
thats the whole series they facked up everything

Tomura is the worst villain ever no charisma no evil intention nothing just straight up an outsider

Dabi is defeated then comes back then nearly dies IDK whats going on

Dabi has no reason to be a villain its straight up .....

Bro. I dropped MHA for some time after first war right?

I thought that should would be solved and their fucking family drama goes on thru another war I can't stop cringing.

I always want casualities and stakes but both of these need to be made well.

Now they all want to hug Toya and die together with him:milaugh:

I never thought of Shigaraki as proper villain, he is a hypocrite, AFO is basically his All Might which is no different to having your hero.

+ AFO orchestrated everything so no one helps Shigaraki so he hates people.

definitely I cant agree more in the first war this kid Tomura should have ended the author is the worlds stupid author he insists on this lil brat as the main villain we all know how this gonna end Deku is gonna get a beating he beats him too and in the end his grandma will appear and say Tomura it was AFO please listen to Deku and Tomura will cry as the lil kid he is and will realize his mistake crying more and both will attack AFO for one final attack

Dabi and Ende will have a happy ending they will be glad Dabi returned normal and him fighting against them was deserved because of the fate Dabi suffered

This a classic and most boring manga

For me MHA ended at Overhaul arc. After that, it's someone's headcanon:milaugh:

Shoto has already been called the family hero. This chapter was just a setup for him to live up to that title. Best guess is he'll come flying in and freeze everything.

Only real question is does Dabi survive in the end, my gut says he will but his brain/body will be cooked permanently.

I feel like it would be easy to say "bruh, STFU, your a JJK fan", but that would be reductive(but also true, and this is coming from me, a person who owns 18 volumes of JJK).

The family stuff being solved at the culmination of the series is perfectly well paced.

Also, again, the likelihood of anyone besides Dabi dying is still very low considering Shoto is going to arrive and reassure everyone.

Shiggy is supposed to be the final moral obstacle for Deku to overcome. Could you elaborate on how he is hypocritical?

And AFO didn't orchestrate everyone not helping Shiggy. Thats just something he saw happening and took advantage of.

It is not well-paced. Then again it's your opinion vs my opinion.

It's being dragged out for too long. If Todorokis burn themselves to death ( minus Shoto ) is all there is to this plotline then it was a waste of everyone's time and I say this as someone who usually brags about no tension/stakes or deaths.

Everything that lead to Shigaraki's heel turn (a wrestling term to indicate someone becoming evil ) was orchestrated by AFO, right?

If you look at Shigaraki's story, how he became evil and how AFO "saved" him from the "disgusting heroes".

It's nothing more than AFO being a hero figure to Shigaraki. You can't call it the other way around.

Shigaraki might be the final obstacle for Deku, he probably will be. Doesn't change the fact that his character is boring and without any depth at this point.

His worldview, his actions, his motives. Everything was orchestrated by AFO. AFO planned out Shigaraki's life.

I'm not going to take pacing considerations from a JJK fan lol(especially after the last few chapters). Its actually finally slow enough paced for it to actually allow for proper emotional investment and pay off in the conflict.

Not really.

He was groomed by AFO. But the suffering he endured as a child had nothing to do with AFO. AFO just stepped in after the fact to profit from it.

The thing is though, Shiggy hates AFO quite intensely and more than recognizes that AFO was using him. His hatred doesn't stem from how AFO treated or raised him, it stems from his domestic experiences at home.

Yes, but also no.

AFO groomed Shiggy to be his successor, but Shiggy's hatred is his own, and it often stands in complete opposition to what AFO had planned for him.

And I'm not even a Shiggy fan. This is just the facts of his situation.

AFO made sure where Shiggy's hatred goes and how big it grows.

The thing is though, Shiggy hates AFO quite intensely and more than recognizes that AFO was using him. His hatred doesn't stem from how AFO treated or raised him, it stems from his domestic experiences at home.
He needs way more characterization than "You've been using me!" and you know this damn well.

Quite the opposite actually.

Shiggy's hatred grew far bigger than AFO ever imagined it would to the point it will potentially ruin all his plans.

He needs way more characterization than "You've been using me!" and you know this damn well.
He isn't just characterized by his hatred for AFO.

He is characterized by his systemic hatred for everything(which honestly, I think something that makes him less interesting).

Well at least we agree on something here.

I still think AFO orchestrated a lot of things that Shiggy saw.

So in a way, you are correct, Shiggy developed hatred himself watching everything from his perspective and etc but that was orchestrated or at least we can say AFO carved the path for it to be Shiggy's deep dive into hatred.
