Akainu is definitely fighting Luffy at some point. Don't know when, but denying it is stupid

I would absolutely LOVE for Luffy and Akainu to fight. But I think Oda might deny us of that fight dude.

Broccoli man, one of the 5 old geezers, a top 2 Holy Knight, or maybe Pizarro/Lafitte.

Hell, even Roo is a possibility if y'all think Shanks is both a villain (he's not) and the final antagonist (he's not)

And still that won't make me ignore the obvious build up and connection that a future Akainu vs Luffy matchup had doesn't matter how much @comrade and @ConquistadoR are scared of it because their power levels are affected by it.

- The revolutionary army stated the Navy are not their enemies but the CD.
- The CD go after Sabo especially.
- Akainu killed Ace in front of Luffy, not Sabo.
- Akainu put a scar on Luffy physically and mentally, not Sabo.

If Oda starts developing a Dragon vs Akainu I'm considering switching from this opinion but until then it's one giant way of coping to deny these facts.

I am all for Akainu vs Luffy, but Akainu ain't EoS villan, period, and if he happened to fight Luffy in the same arc as Im, then he's as good as Blueno in the grand scheme of things, so that doesn't really give Akainu as much hype as you're hoping to give him. If there will be an arc with Akainu as the main boss, which is what I always expected, then we can talk about how Akainu is one of the major villans EoS.

Sabo has just as much reason to fight Akainu as Luffy does and it avoids the issue of Luffy having two extreme diff deathmatch fights back to back, unless AdmiraL bros want Akainu to be a Blueno/Bellamy equivalent lol.

"Chadmiral" bros will simply either say Luffy got zenkai boosts or say the manga is shit for coping.

Oh and this as well...

We will get a transitive property chapter whereby Luffy is shown stronger than Sabo so that when Sabo fights and defeats Akainu, we can infer that Luffy would've also been able to do as much.

I'm sick of repeating myself. I've never said any of the sort.

Not trying to diss you or anything just saying my opinion thats all.

If you asked me a few years ago i would say that Luffy's eos enemy would be either BB or Sakazuki but Oda keeps introducing new characters and this Holy Knights & Imu thing makes both Teach and Sakazuki less & less eos material and it would suck if Sakazuki gets Blueno's treatment.
