Rev are not there to fight and defeat the admirals. They are there to complete their mission which in order for them them to do that they had to fight the admirals for a bit. That's rev commanders job. And they DID accomplish their task
On the other hand the Admira's job is to capture these guys and protect the CD. The admirals couldn't even capture one of these guys
I don't care if they couldn't use their full power. This is Morley we are talking about, dude. Kaido One shotted Luffy with no damage to the area around him. ANd that was Gear 4 Luffy, NOT MORLEY
The Navy protects the holy land. When the Navy is gone the way is open. There's no logical reason why after Egghead we go back to Navy HQ when Elbaf is at the corner.

Since the Government has an Ancient Weapon and yet the Admirals are the Government’s greatest military power, Akainu > Uranus confirmed? Kaido thought a joint alliance with Big Mom still needed the Ancient Weapons (plural) to fight the Government

Also we literally saw CDs getting rolled on the ground last chapter. and rolling on the ground does hurt
