For some reason he sees Pirates as evil yet not the WG. But yeah, Luffy will probably change his perspective.

It's not perspective. He knows it.
He's just not gonna fall so low as to become a pirate. He's gonna follow justice blindly but try to change the system as much as he can.

Pirates are still worse than WG since WG has a job of protecting innocent civilians.

Why aren't we discussing how Imu can be a shadow?

My theroy is that Joy Boy's shadow was taken by the user of Moria's fruit during the void century and send into the future with Toki's fruit. The shadow evolved and was able to live without a body, this is Imu

IF he's a shadow then i think his shadow was separated from his body and the shadow got ope-ope no mi'd.

however...if he's a shadow he shouldn't have eyes, no?

so i'm leaning towards 'shadow' being a metaphor here
