Update:
Juror member @Kurozumi Bepo was nearly assassinated in his apartment last night by an unknown gunman, the gunman had the same body type as the defendant @ThatGuy

@ThatGuy has agreed to a witness parade.

Possible new charge pending.​

On top of his failed attempt of murder @ThatGuy trys to play insane ,we know you by now you are mostly fine in your head @ThatGuy

One of his charges as well ,is trying to ruin an established Italien family restaurant ,by spreading the rumors every Italian citizen is part of an Mafia or Cartel .
This is outright racist and a hate crime on top.

Alright then, I will begin with my opening statement. Excuse my late arrival, somebody drank all the coffee and I had to wait for mine.

Your honor, dear members of the jury, my client @ThatGuy is on trial today because he is accused of comitting several serious crimes, such as dark wizardry, first degree murder and a hate crime against Italians. He is also facing two more counts, that, according to judge @Mr. Reloaded, are so heinous, that he won’t even name them. This trial also will decide about who will get the custody for @ThatKid.

We plead insanity. My client wasn’t aware of what he was doing and so he shouldn't be held liable for it.

Your honor, dear jurymembers, @ThatGuy has been through a hard time and that left its mark on him. Several strokes of fate have repeatedly pushed him to his individual limits since his early childhood, and when he lost his job as a food reviewer a few weeks ago, he suffered a mental collapse. Since then he’s clearly showing signs of paranoia and he is having frequent tantrums. According to him, he feels constantly persecuted and threatened. He blamed @Mr. Reloaded s family for the lost of his job, because seemingly his boss received complaints from @Mr. Reloaded about @ThatGuy s bad restaurant reviews just before he got fired.

Friends and family describe @ThatGuy as a loving father and husband. Though he is still very young, he was devotedly taking care of his family. He raised @ThatKid almost all alone, due to @ThatWife being an alcoholic. @ThatKid loves his father. Do you really want him to lose his dad, after he already lost his mother?

Your honor, dear jurymembers, are you aware that @ThatGuy already lost his second child, ThisKid, last year?

It was very tragic. He was devastated, overwhelmed with sorrow. He lost the ground under his feet and @ThatKid and @ThatWife were the only reason why he endured it and kept on going. When his wife then cheated on him, he lost control. @ThatWife s death was a tragic accident and it wasn't the action of a sane man. @ThatGuy himself suffers from what he has done to her, every night he dreams of it. He even keeps seeing the ghost of his wife. He will never be the same again.

And these hate crime accusations? Come on, don't we all have that one country we cannot stand? @ThatGuy s is Italy, mine is France. Isn't that normal?

Honorable judge, dear members of the jury, @ThatGuy is not a criminal. He is a desperate father who has been through too much and who acted wrongly in his despair. He is just 20 years old. He's still got his whole life ahead of him.

Let's give him another chance to regain control of his life and to make a therapy.

Ah let me tell you fella, I remember it like it was yesterday
One foggy midnight I was hungry and decided to go out and get some grub
This was at a local sandwich joint that was kinda like a Subway or Quiznos
For some reason the line was quite long, but @ThatGuy was in the lobby trying to sell potential customers a sandwich and drink he bought ahead of time, the prices he was askin for were more than what you pay at the shop so I just ignored it
