Pretty much this. Those who make it their entire personality, even using childish vernacular and making the most ridiculous assertions with a straight face.
Coincidentally, such fanbases also tend to have a higher proportion of people with…concerning behaviour (putting it mildly). Alt accounts, spamming, constant bans, etc.
The Zoro fanbase goes without saying, but Yonko fanbase isn’t that far behind.

Sanji fans => They just want to compare him with Zoro all the time. Despite saying that they're equal or whatever, they will argue against Zoro in every situation and make him look as weak as possible which makes Sanji look weak according to their own beliefs. Just a stupid fandom.
Shanks fans => Delusional. Can't understand a simple concept of a swordsman being weaker than the Strongest swordsman.

Worst is hard to define but sanji fans and admiral fans have historically been the most delusional.
Zoro fans sort of caught up with the zoro killing kaido thing but that was more of a meme/vocal minority rather than a serious take. Although anyone who is still comparing him to Luffy at this point is up there with the Lanji fans too.
Dogtooth fans were also the most delusional for a while but after he revealed his teeth and got clapped they kind of disappeared overnight

The fandom that downplays zoro adv coc just to keep him right by sanji because blue flame=adv coc when we got to see from luffy first hand how big of a buff it was to him lol not only that but it scared lunarian king enough for him to run away while luffy and zoro currently fighting seraphim without using adv coc are doing nothing to them
