As @Roo has clearly stated. Any alleged sexual relation with @ThatWife is untrue. And as the defense tried to claim earlier would have been grounds for a murphy's law counter suit.

However as the aforementioned affair is alleged to never have happened, this removes the murphy law defense as @ThatWife did not in fact start the affair ordeal. However as she basically just lied on stand about the affair with Roo, I will be charging @ThatWife with perjury.​
