It was discovered in the dresser on the side of @ThatWife what was strange however was that in was in a baggie with scribble writing from a @ThatSlut stating "use this for the trial and it's game over for the prosecution". However we did not have time to question the validity of this writing so we took it into evidence without a further investigation.

As for the the issue of forgery it's difficult to say on way or the other, however I have my suspicions @ThatWife may be behind that.
