Mihawk is superior to Ryuma. Oda ranks the swordsman by the rank of the blade they're carrying and Mihawk has a supreme grade + Black Blade. It doesn't get any higher.

I actually like this take. How would we know if Zoro surpassed Ryuma who is another Legend compared to joyboy. In my opinion Mihawk should be stronger than Ryuma. That would make sense IF he is Zoro’s last fight.
