I recently watched Zoro fighting Vivi back in Whiskey Peak again. I noticed some things to help my other head canon about Zoro make sense.
Zoro is able to teleport, he was able to avoid detection from 100 Bounty Hunters twice. Zoro was able to do this silently to the point I think it would need some advanced form of Soru, or Kuma/Van Auger's fruit to accomplish.
In the manga there's also a scene between the fight where there's a tombstone with the name, "Mr. Sacrifice" inscribed on it. There have been plenty of characters who have sacrificed themselves for the better good like, Oden, Kuma, Ace, and Zoro.
Since the whole point of the Baroque naming system makes it so nobody is supposed to know each other's true identity, this makes people like Kuma and Zoro stand out a bit more if we're talking about "Mr. Sacrifice".
Zoro's actions in Whiskey Peak and Thriller Bark also both occurred when everyone was sleeping.
Just like how Sanji called himself "Mr. Prince" during Arabasta, Zoro is almost certainly the "Mr. Sacrifice".
Now that Vivi is confirmed as a D., Igaram begging Zoro to save Vivi has an even deeper meaning.
