I mean its a bit strange that the Pirate most famous for his eyes and even gets Named after them has the Same Eyes as the Ruler of the World. Why Would Oda give them the same eyes with the same color if there is no conection?

I can see it, maybe im wrong but no one in One Piece has special eyes like Mihawk&Imu also Mihawk has the way of speaking of a Noble and would also make sense because he is a Vampire and Vampire always have the Noble theme going on

yeh Until now we have 4 people with these eyes, Imu(red)&Zunisha(blue) who are almost confirmed from the Void Century or at least are related to it, Mihawk (red) Hakuba(blue) Cvandish is confirmed Royal Family and Mihawk also looks like he came from one
